At Sunset Makeup, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused or gently used products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our system and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
